What's On The Agenda of Dewey-Humboldt Government Meetings

The town council of Dewey-Humboldt will meet at the Council Chambers located on 2735 s. Highway 69 on Tuesday December 6th at 6:30 pm.

At the meeting, the acceptance of the canvass results from the Yavapai County Elections will be on the consent agenda.

Mayor Terry Nolan will also give his annual update on the External Membership and Committee Report to the council. The mayor and newly elected council members will take an oath of office and sign a code of ethics at the meeting as well.

Meanwhile, a presentation will be given to outgoing council members Arlene Alen, Dennis Repan and Nancy Wright.

The town will also hold a Planning and Zoning meeting at the Council Chambers on Thursday December 8th at 6pm.

A “P&Z work list” status report and formulation of a new future work list for the Planning and Zoning Commission will be discussed in preparation for a council joint meeting in January or February of 2017.

Additionally, the reappointment of Commissioner Siereveld to a new term on the Commission and the resignation of Chair Smylie will be on the agenda.

Each meeting allows comments from the public. Individuals do not need to request permission or give notice in advance to speak at the meetings. Those speaking may appear on a video or audio recording of the meeting.
