PRESCOTT VALLEY- The popular jewelry outlet Kay Jewelers will be coming to Prescott Valley in the Crossroads shopping area, while construction on the Advanced Auto Parts has resumed after a delay according to Prescott Valley Economic Development Coordinator Ben Hooper in a phone interview Friday.
“It shows the growth in our market and it shows that the city has the population base to be able to support these businesses as they come in,” Hooper said.
Hooper mentioned Crossroads has been developing a number of inline shops between the Dicks Sporting Goods and the Ulta Beauty with the first confirmed tenant being Kay Jewelers.
Meanwhile, Advanced Auto Parts had been working on a shop at the North Glassford Hill Road and East Lakeshore Drive intersection across from Maverick but nothing had been built for weeks due to a delay at the corporate level, according to Hooper.
However, Hooper said work restarted on the establishment Friday.
Neither store has an opening date as of yet.
