The Prescott Valley Police Department is joining MATFORCE on its One-Mile Family Fun Walk on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 10:00AM at Mortimer Family Farms 12907 State Route 169, in Dewey. No registration is required and this is a free family event. There will be several children’s activities.

This culminates the “Stand With Me, Be Drug Free” celebration which is January 23-28, 2017 in Yavapai County. MATFORCE is committed to raise awareness of the fact that the majority of people in our county do not use illegal drugs.

Studies have shown that 80% of 8th graders choose not to use alcohol and 53% of parents talk to their kids about ways to be drug free.

The fight against alcohol and drug abuse is everyone’s fight. MATFORCE is one of the effective organizations which is taking this fight to the public.
