How Much Snow in the Prescott Area This Weekend?

Snow? Not much, if any. We are likely to get some rain, though.

Snow levels in Yavapai County  Rising to over 8500 feet by this evening, falling to 6500 feet late Sunday morning. 

Expect gusty southwest winds later today through Sunday. Winds gust may exceed 40 mph over higher terrain tonight. Travel may become locally hazardous across the higher elevations later tonight and Sunday.

Precipitation will spread into the area from west to east by later this afternoon and early evening. The heaviest precipitation is expected to fall tonight through Sunday morning as thecold front crosses the region. The front will exit the area Sunday afternoon. Snow amounts have decreased even further, rainfall amounts have increased.
