The Department of Public Safety is looking for Roger Cochrane. He is a 44-year-old black male who is 5/6 and weighs about 150 pounds. Back on July 30, 2003 he was arrested for transporting drugs through Yavapai County as well as child abuse. Cochrane then failed to show up for his trial. His last known address was in Conyers, Georgia.

The media would advertise one of the 22 criminals each day until all 22 had been featured.
